Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Thriftdex mobile application (the "App"), operated by Broftware House Yazılım Tasarım Anonim Şirketi ("Broftware", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal purposes, including deciding what to buy and resell, subject to these Terms and to the App Store terms under which you obtained the App.

4. No sign-up

The App needs no sign-up. It creates an anonymous identifier automatically so that its services can work. Your Haul, recent scans and settings are stored on your device. You can clear them at any time with Delete my data in the App's settings.

5. Prices and identifications

The App identifies finds from your photos and shows current asking prices from eBay listings. These are asking prices, not sold prices, and they can change at any time. Identifications, eras, values, profit figures and BUY, MAYBE or PASS verdicts are estimates to help you decide. They are not appraisals, they are not guarantees of what an item will sell for, and they can be wrong.

The App does not authenticate items. It may point out signs of a reprint, but it never confirms that an item is original or fake. Decisions to buy or sell are yours. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc., which does not sponsor or endorse the App.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases, billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings at any time.
• Payments and refunds are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Where required, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you must not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the App or its services, attempt to access other users' data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content provided by us, is owned by Broftware or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited license above.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (such as Apple, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy) to operate. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms may apply to you.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
